TDS Pumps
Foilex submersible TDS Pumps are manufactured in two different versions.
Both are based on the patented
"Twin Disc Screw" Technology developed by Foilex in 1990 resulting in up to
70% higher capacity than traditional screw pumps.
Area of operation for the TDS Pumps are off-loading or transfer pumping of high viscous
products such as crude oil, bunker oil and emulsions.
They are all portable and easy to use but also suited for fixed installations in various
types of oil combating vessels or skimmer systems.
TDS Off-loading Pumps
Inlet at pump base to reach close to tank bottoms.
Vertical discharge parallel to hydraulic hoses.
TDS Skimmer Pumps
Inlet at motor end with large exposed screw area
and cutting knives for handling of high viscous
products.
The TDS Pumps are hydraulically driven, powered by Foilex Hydraulic Powerpacks
or available ships hydraulics.
Foilex Hydraulic Powerpacks are specially designed in 20 - 45 kW
power range to operate all of Foilex TDS Skimmers
and TDS Pumps.
Both diesel driven, (DH) and electrically driven, (EH) versions are
available with various start motor options.
Foilex also provide suitable Hose Packages for connection of the Pumps and
Powerpacks.
Foilex standard Hose Packages consist of a hose reel equipped
two independent wheels to accommodate both hydraulic and discharge hoses.
